Kömmerling profiles are manufactured in controlled, sustainable production environments and are handled with care at every stage after extrusion to protect quality, performance and appearance.

Once extruded, profiles are carefully packed, stacked and stored to prevent distortion, surface damage and contamination. Storage areas are designed to keep profiles dry, clean and protected from direct sunlight, heat and moisture, ensuring material stability and consistent performance prior to fabrication.

Across Kömmerling’s global production facilities, electric and low-emission handling equipment is used wherever possible. These operations are supported by significant investment in self-powered and renewable energy systems, reducing energy consumption while maintaining precise handling standards. This approach is implemented consistently across Kömmerling sites worldwide.

For the Australian market, profiles are stored locally at our secure, drive-in warehouse in Ravenhall, Melbourne. The facility is designed for safe indoor storage, controlled stacking and efficient handling, ensuring profiles remain in optimal condition until collection by authorised fabricators.

All profiles supplied are manufactured specifically for the Australian market and stored in accordance with recommended handling guidelines to maintain compliance with local standards, durability requirements and long-term performance expectations.
